Poor Florida... Was really hoping they would get this figured out before we get down there next week for vacation... Was able to jump in a couple years ago when it was live for a few weeks while we were on vacation. So I already had the Hard Rock app downloaded when we went live here in Ohio on Jan 1 this year. Fingers crossed Florida gets good news during the 1 weeks we are down there.
I doubt, it'll happen, but if SCOTUS washes its hands, I dunno what bite the state litigation has. Have a great trip and let us know how it goes either way

We found out the state case is likely to stretch out to Dec. 1. Quick way out (maybe) is SCOTUS now
